2. Have or Need Land? – We are an on-your-lot builder. That gives you the freedom to live wherever you want. Need help finding land? No problem, we’ll help you find land and will conduct a complimentary home site inspection to make sure it’s suitable to build on.

3. Choose a Floor Plan – We offer a wide range of value engineered home plans to choose from. Our knowledgeable sales staff will work with you to choose the home that best fits your lifestyle and budget.

4. Personalize – Once you choose a floor plan, our sales staff will work with you to customize your new home. Want a kitchen island? No problem, we’ll add it for you. This is when you get to personalize your home.

5. Add It Up – Once you’ve chosen a floor plan and personalized it, our sales staff will give you the total price for your new home.

6. Building Agreement & Financing – Once you’ve made your selections and priced out your customized home, it’s time to sign the purchase agreement and to secure financing. We have identified mortgage providers who will find a program that works best for you.

7. Site & Pre-Construction Meeting – Before breaking ground on your new home, our staff will meet with you to review your selections and to make sure your land is ready for construction.

8. Watch Your Home Grow – This is the exciting step of the process in which your brand new home will grow rapidly. Your new home will go through many stages including: Grading, Foundation, Framing & Roof Structure, Mechanicals, Central Heat & Air, Insulation, Drywall, Interior Finishes, Cabinetry, and Exterior Finishes.

9. Your Finally Home – Your new home is now complete and ready for move-in. Before handing you the keys, we’ll do a walk-through and explain how to use and maintain your air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
